Course preparations and training deliveries adhere to proven learning

Training engagements are delivered in several

Programs
Training engagements include:
 | Preparation and national delivery of a 2 day Project Management
Practices course for a major wireless communications company.
Course curriculum included management best practices along with
embedded internal management procedures. Instructor led format
with audio visual aids and dedicated practice workstations. |
 | Delivery of a series of value-added training courses for dispersed
North America clients of a large computer software and services
provider. Courses included application-specific training,
Project Management, and Business Analysis. |
 | Provided on-site mentoring and training for a large Canadian Crown
Corporation's Project Management Program. Training courses
involved Project Management practices as well as specific end-user
courses on in-house methodology tool sets. |
