My project portfolio includes many projects of varying size, complexity, and dollar value, as well as many diversified platforms and technologies.  Here are some recent ones: 

bulletProject Manager for 16 concurrent initiatives for a high profile E-Commerce reseller to enhance ordering and delivery of computer hardware items.  Project technologies included XML, Macromedia Cold Fusion, Visual Basic.  Project teams typically a dozen, three month durations, quarter million dollar budgets.
bulletProject Manager for multiple cross-functional projects under the Project Management Office of a national wireless communication provider.  Projects ranged from small $100K initiatives to large multi-million dollar mega-projects.  Also Manager of Corporate Project Process assisting other project managers.
bulletProject Manager for a half-million dollar Data Warehouse upgrade project on both Unix and NT platform, involving Oracle 8 DB, ERWin and Informatica design tools, and Cognos reporting.
